Lawrence Hall, London, SW1P 2QD
This is the first year of Imprint Art Fair, which is the new name for the Woolwich print fair. Lizzie and Jack the founders are old friends of mine. They have an incredible eye for discovering interesting and talented artists. The fair focuses on the medium of print but a lot of the pieces available are unique and some are even oil paintings.
I’ve been visiting since they first launched in 2018 and have discovered lots of great artists and even collected a few pieces over the years.
Here’s our post from last year’s show
Here are our favourites from this year:
Martha Zmpounou
Interwoven, 2025
Watercolour Monotype, Watercolour and Acrylic Ink on Paper.
Framed in Black
135 x 100 cm
£4500

Rich, warm and luscious, I’m undecided on whether this depicts a warm, family moment with a mother and child bound together with the father supportive from the side, or whether there is a more sinister overtone. Either way, I love the tone and composition of the piece.
Karen Camkin
Midsummer Tapestry, 2025
£4,000.00

Verdant and heady and rich, reminiscent of a freeform William Morris design
Vikram Kushwah

110 x 90 cm
from £3,000.00

Surreal and playful, reminds me of Tim Walker in the best possible way. Feels like a still from an arthouse film.
Eleanor May Watson
Your Heart Like a Lake, 2026
£5,000.00
Monoprint
Media Dimensions: 360 x 300 cm
Image Dimensions: 360 x 300 cm
Unique work

Eleanor draws on classical influences and this piece is very moving in person - the careful lines of the mother gently guiding her young daughter and pointing to the bay with the encompassing blue absorbs you - it has a filmic quality.
Lindsey Moran
Transcend, 2026
Photo Etching (Photopolymer)
Media Dimensions: 40 x 52 x 0.1 cm
Image Dimensions: 30 x 42 cm
from £285.00

Mysterious and ghostly and I just love cantilevered stone staircases
&
Open the Window, 2026
Photopolymer
Media Dimensions: 40 x 52 x 0.2 cm
Image Dimensions: 30 x 42 cm
Johannah Muriel
Cascada, 2026
Monotype

Image Dimensions: 38 x 51 cm
Unique work
£760.00

Johannah uses print but also embroiders and draws onto her pieces, so they feel jewel like. Her pieces are often abstracted landscapes which have a cartographic quality. I have one of her beautiful art works in my own home.
Bill Jacklin
Two figures in the night 2020

Marco Rapaccini
Untitled no. 39 [Waves III). 2026
£3000

Meditative and calming. This reminds me of Japanese landscape art.
Niall Naessens
VW Beetle and Rising Moon
Digital drawing; archival inkjet print
€2100 unframed
€2600 framed

I love the dreamlike, magical and joyful quality of this piece.
Chloe Barnes

3 layer monotype with charcoal
98 x 68 cm
£4,950 Framed

I love how skilfully this has been drawn. It is loose but very controlled and very evocative, stately but melancholy.
